Limited Lifetime Protection Warranty

We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty against material and workmanship failure because we are confident in our materials and technicians. This warranty is non-transferrable, and is limited to the owner of the vehicle at the time the original work. 

Collision Repairs

We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all metalwork, including welding and the application of collision repair materials, against Covered Defects. Covered Defects include cracking, flaking, pitting, and deterioration. However, rust and rust repairs are NOT covered under any circumstance.  


We will repair and refinish any Covered metalwork unless damage results from unreasonable use, poor maintenance, or lack of care for the vehicle. 

Refinishing

We provide a Limited Lifetime Warranty on Covered Defects related to refinishing. We will reprime and refinish the specific section or sections unless damage results from unreasonable use, poor maintenance, or lack of care for the vehicle. 

"Covered Defect"

Our Limited Lifetime Warranty includes only following list of defects:  

  • Peeling, 
  • Cracking, 
  • Crazing, 
  • Extensive loss of gloss, 
  • Color fading and/or chalking, and 
  • Moisture blistering. 

Covered Defect does not include any other type of defect, including but not limited to:  

  • Rust failures, 
  • Chips, scratches, or abrasions,
  • Any repair work performed over previously repaired substrates, 
  • Claims made without proper documentation, 
  • Failures on flexible plastic parts, 
  • Original Equipment finish failure, 
  • Use of improper detergents and/or failures caused by environmental pollution, and 
  • Defects resulting from the vehicle's involvement in an accident. 

Paint Warranty is valid only when paint is applied over original factory finishes free from defects. Due to vehicle design, paint damage resulting from bugs, rocks, and road debris is NOT considered a Covered Defect. 

Tape Stripes, Decals, & Overlays

We provide a 90-day Limited Warranty on the application and adhesion of any tape stripe, decal, or overlay, excluding defects caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. Color match and holdout are NOT guaranteed.  


We will replace decals on the specific section or sections when a claim is made within the 90-day term, unless damage results from unreasonable use, poor maintenance, or lack of care for the vehicle.  

Mechanical Repairs

We provide a One-Year Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to the original collision damage, excluding electrical assemblies or components, suspension, and air conditioning.  


We will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component when a claim is made within the One-Year term unless damage results from unreasonable use, poor maintenance, or lack of care for the vehicle.  

Parts

We provide a One-Year Limited Warranty (not to exceed manufacturer warranty) on parts purchased and installed by Beeman Automotive. This limited warranty excludes suspension, air conditioning, and electrical assemblies or components. Due to the wide variety of guarantees and warranties on parts and materials, we will assist you in handling any claim under the supplier's guarantee for as long as you own this vehicle. 

Restrictions

Excluded from this warranty are incidental costs such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair are NOT included in this Limited Lifetime Warranty. 


This states all limited warranties made by Beeman Automotive and contains only the promises for which it will be responsible.
